Starting from today TBC Bank will offer its customers a new loan product – EnergoCredit. For the first time in Georgia the energy efficiency loans will become available for residential customers through TBC Bank.

The purpose of the loans is to help Georgian households to reduce their energy bills and encourage individuals to invest in more energy efficient products, such as double-glazed windows, insulation, central boilers, solar water heaters. The key advantage of this loan product is that upon the purchase of energy efficiency appliances a borrower can get back 15% of the appliance cost.
